League-Leading Outlaws Tackle the Storm
June 6, 2009 - Indoor Football League (IFL)
Billings Outlaws News Release
The Billings Outlaws are leading the Indoor Football League in nearly every way possible! Tonight, we're facing one of our most important games of the season.
On April 25th, the Outlaws dealt the Sioux Falls Storm a crushing blow in the last 10 seconds of the game and squeaked out a 1 point victory against the previously undefeated Storm. This game still reigns as the sole loss the Storm has taken on the field this year.
The Outlaws have secured their spot in the playoffs with the first game scheduled for July 25th at MetraPark.
A win against Sioux Falls tonight gets us one step closer to clinching home field for the entire playoff series which would mean the Indoor Football League's National Championship game would be played in Billings, MT!
So... paint your face, throw on your best Outlaws gear and help cheer on Montana's Famous Masked Men as the Outlaws calm the Storm tonight at 7:00 PM at Metrapark.
Doors open at 6:00 PM and pregame activities begin at 6:30 PM.
Tonight is Military Appreciation Night and all members of the military will receive a $2.00 discount off of any seat in the house. We will also be featuring a special tribute at half-time for veterans and active duty soldiers.
Join us tonight for a great night of high flying, hard hitting, fast moving family entertainment!
