After the Law missed a 48-yard field goal, Laredo WR/ LB Melvin Phillips came up with a huge fumble recovery with less than a minute to go. Perez then swept two yards for a TD around the left side to give the Law a ten point lead. The Twisters scored on a desperation 36-yard pass to Williams, but the Law recovered the ensuing onside kick and held on for the win. FINAL SCORE Laredo 50, Arkansas 47.
