Las Vegas Legends Record Extended To 7-1

Las Vegas, NV - Bay Area Rosal arrived in Vegas coming off a strong three game winning streak that netted home and away wins versus Turlock Express and a home win against Mexico Toros. The Legends put an end to the streak with a 13-3 win Saturday night at the Las Vegas Sportspark.

The Legends, who have made a statement in the PASL by outscoring their opponents an average of 11-5 cement their dominance on top of the PASL Pacific standings with a 7-1 record as well as the two top points leaders in the PASL, Enrique Tovar (#9) in first place with 32 points and Ivan Campos (#24) in second, with 27 points.

2013/14 additions to the team roster Alex Caceres, Ivan Campos and David Powers had standout games. Powers, a local favorite and youth coach had a stellar night scoring a hat trick and recording three major blocks, two of which were shots on goal. Caceres, had a hat trick with two assists on the night recording eight points to his name. Campos also scored three goals with a team high nine shots on goal.

Goalkeeper Zeke Sanchez, stayed composed, returning from an injury and made a statement with 28 saves on 31 shots on goal, which earned him player of the game notoriety.
