Lake Michigan Admirals Tryouts Set

Lake Michigan Admirals News Release
St. Joseph, MI.- Southwest Michigan's very own professional basketball team, the Lake Michigan Admirals, announced today that they will be having tryouts at Michigan Lutheran High School, located at 615 E. Marquette Woods Rd., St. Joseph, Michigan on July 16th, August 6th, September 10th, and October 22nd, 2011 at 9:00am - 12:00pm for the upcoming 2011-2012 season.
The registration fee is $100 (early registration), $125 (on-site registration). Fee can be made in the form of cash, check, or money order. Players must be 18 years of age or older. Photo I.D. will be required. The tryouts will be open to all press/media and a limited number of spectators will be allowed.
This tryout will simulate a NBA combine. There will be measurements of wing span, height, vertical reach, and vertical jump. Also there will be an agility test and timed 3/4 court sprint.
"Last year we won our division and now we need to defend our championship. We are looking for 10 professional players that have the will to win," stated General Manager Chris Glisson.
