LOS ANGELES - Down 2-0 at halftime, LA Galaxy II battled back to earn a 2-2 draw against San Diego Loyal SC at Dignity Health Sports Park on Saturday night. Preston Judd tallied his third goal of the 2022 campaign, while second-half substitute Taylor Davila scored the game-tying goal and notched an assist in the result against San Diego.
Goal-Scoring Plays
SD - Charlie Adams (Kyle Vassell), 16th minute: Dribbling along the end line, Kyle Vassell's passed the ball to the top of the box to Charlie Adams, who drilled a low shot into the right side of the goal.
SD - Kyle Vassell (Tumi Moshobane), 30th minute: Tumi Moshobane drove the right side of the penalty area and squared a pass to Kyle Vassell, who converted from close range.
LA - Preston Judd (Taylor Davila), 90+3rd minute: Taylor Davila's driven pass into the penalty area found the head of Preston Judd, who redirected the ball just inside the near post.
LA - Taylor Davila (penalty kick), 90+8th minute: After Preston Judd was fouled inside the box, Taylor Davila stepped up to the spot and fired his shot into the back of the net.
