It's time to announce your Ground Round Player of the Week. This week it goes to your #24, F, KRIS BRUN! Kris is the son Stefan and Anki of Stockholm Sweden. Kris played in the USHL for the Sioux Falls Stampede in the 13-14 season. So far this season Kris has played 34 games.
Kris started playing hockey when he was just five years old. If you know Kris you know how hilarious he is. He never fails to make the team laugh. Don't let his hockey face fool you. Outside of hockey Kris likes to spend time with his family and friends. He also spends his free time in the gym to continue to be a better hockey player.
When we asked Kris what one his lifelong goals is he said "it would have to be having a successful career in hockey and a good degree in college to fall back on after hockey." Brun, is an animal lover he likes to FaceTime his dog back home in Sweden. He is also a real magician when it comes to card tricks.
Come out this weekend to the double header and cheer on Kris and the boys as they take on the Minot Minotauros!
