Inter Miami CF II and Academy U-17 midfielder Kobi Thomas has been called up to the Jamaican U-20 national team for the upcoming 2022 Concacaf U-20 Championship. Thomas will rejoin the team this weekend after excelling at a training camp with the Jamaican U-20 side last week.
The Concacaf U-20 Championship will be hosted in Honduras, running from June 18 to July 3, and consist of a group stage followed by knockout rounds; the top three teams in each group will qualify for the knockout stages. Jamaica has been placed in Group H alongside Antigua and Barbuda, Costa Rica, and Honduras.
