KiXX Looking to Ride the Wave in Milwaukee on Friday, Jan. 14

Philadelphia, PA, January 13, 2005 – The Philadelphia KiXX (11-6) take to the road to battle the Milwaukee Wave on Friday, January 14. Game-time at the U.S. Cellular Arena is slated for 8:05 pm ET, with the action available live via webcast at www.milwaukeewave.com.

The contest is the second of six meetings between the KiXX and Milwaukee this season. Philadelphia claimed the first match, 6-3, at the Wachovia Spectrum on December 18, thanks to two-point performances from forward Goran Vasic and defenders Drew Kopp and Pat Morris. Milwaukee, led by Head Coach Keith Tozer, enters the contest riding a three-game losing streak and trailing the KiXX by one-half of a game for second place in the MISL. The all-time match-ups between the two clubs have been primarily dominated by the home team; Philadelphia is 13-4 when hosting the Wave, but is only 2-14 when playing away from the City of Brotherly Love, giving Milwaukee the slight advantage overall, 18-15.
