KiXX host Storm in 13th Annual School Day Game Wednesday

Philadelphia, PA, February 11, 2008 - The defending Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) Champion Philadelphia KiXX (10-11) look to push the club's current win streak to four games when they host the Chicago Storm (12-7) in the KiXX 13th Annual School Day Game on Wednesday, February 13 at 10:35am. The match will be webcast live on www.wmssfm.com with play-by-play from John Wilsbach.

All children in attendance will receive a school-day packet containing trivia and activities to incorporate the on-field action into an education-based curriculum. Halftime will consist of a presentation from the Franklin Institute.

The KiXX are 0-2 against Chicago this season, the club Philadelphia beat in the semi-final round of the 2007 MISL Playoffs to reach the Championship game. John Barry Nusum and Pat Morris each have two goals against the Storm this season, while Ian Bennett, Matthew Stewart, and Mariano Bollella each have five points against the KiXX. 2006-07 MISL Rookie-of-the-Year Stephen Armstrong leads the entire League in three-point goals this season with eight, while keeper Jeff Richey has an 8.59 PAA, second in the MISL.

The KiXX will travel to Detroit to face the Ignition on Friday, February 15 at 7:35pm ET for the club's first road game in three weeks. Philadelphia will host the California Cougars on Saturday, February 23 at 7:05pm ET for the KiXX first ever Dollar Dog Night and the team's annual Children's Miracle Network post-game auction.
