KiXX host New Jersey Sunday for Boy Scout Night

Philadelphia, PA, January 25, 2008 - The defending Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) Champion Philadelphia KiXX will host the expansion New Jersey Ironmen for the first time this season on Boy Scout Night, Sunday, January 27. Game time is set for 4:05pm ET. The game will be webcast live on www.wmssfm.com with play-by-play from John Wilsbach.
In the first match between the two clubs this season, the KiXX defeated the expansion Ironmen 10-8 at the brand new Prudential Center on December 14. KiXX midfielder and Philadelphia native Steve Wacker scored the game winning goal with 5:05 remaining, his first and only goal this season. The Ironmen have many KiXX ties; assist-leader Goran Vasic, assistant/player coach Kevin Sloan, leading-goal scorer Dan Antoniuk, keeper coach Stuart Dobson, and head coach Omid Namazi are all former KiXX players.
The KiXX will stay home to host the Detroit Ignition on Saturday, February 2 at the Wachovia Spectrum. Game time is set for 7:05pm ET. Philadelphia defeated Detroit in the MISL Final last season for the club's second championship in team history. The game will be webcast live on www.wmssfm.com.
