
Kissimmee contracts two new superstar players

LAKELAND, Fla. â The Kissimmee Kreatures and Head Coach Marquette Smith announced today the signing of two new officially contracted players.
The Franchise's first tryout combine was this past Saturday, in Casselberry, Fl. There was a 60 player turnout and 30 players pledged to a letter of intent with the Kreatures. This was the first time in NIFL history for a 50% success.
The first two players to sing a contract are, former Orlando Predator, Addallah Wiggins, and former Bethune-Cookman standout, Aaron Shepard.
Joining Wiggins and Cookman as Kissimmee Kreatures are former University of Central Florida Linebacker Deaubrey Devine and former Slam Ball superstar Trevor Anderson.
Deaubrey is a 6', 260 lbs. Linebacker who was a four-year starter at UCF. Deaubrey also made the all Independence Conference Team in 1999. Following his senior year Mr. Devine found himself in the AFL 2 with the Pensacola Barracudas. "I'm extremely excited that the Kreatures are here to give guys like me a second chance. It's also an honor to be playing Coach Smith. He's the real deal. I've never met anyone who works harder than that guy. I don't know how he does it. He is all over the place and is always successful in all his adventures. If he puts his signature stamp on something, you better believe it's for real. Coach Smith is hand picking his players and I feel blessed to be on that list. The Kreatures will be successful franchise!"
Trevor Anderson is a superstar in the new Slam Ball league. Trevor went to camp with the Iowa Barnstormers of the AFL and played for the FT Myers Fireants of the AFL 2. "Trevor adds to what I call my triple tower set. He is the tallest, fastest and runs best routes of the receivers in that set." Smith's triple towers consist of three receivers with heights of 6'6", 6'5", and 6'4". "All three are very physical, run solid routes, and have great hands."
