ORLANDO - August 20, 2015 - Orlando native and Predators star kicker Mark Lewis has been honored as one of the best in the Arena Football League. Lewis was named All-Arena Second Team, as the league announced its offensive team honors Wednesday.
Lewis (5-9, 200, Florida International) converted 118-of-129 point-after-touchdown attempts during the 2015 season, good for a .915 success rate. That percentage on PATs ranked second in the AFL. He was also six-of-eight in field-goal attempts. Lewis is no stranger to AFL honors. He was a First Team All-Arena choice in 2007, when he was also named Kicker of the Year. Lewis was also a second team selection in 2011.
The 2015 season marked Lewis' 11th in Arena Football. A local product from Lyman High School, Lewis has been with his hometown Predators since 2011.
