
Kicker Gorden Earns Player of the Week Honors

Brett Gorden, kicker, of the La Crosse Night Train earned Pacific Conference Special Teams Player of the Week honors for Week four from the National Indoor Football League yesterday. Gorden nailed four field goals and made five-of-six extra point attempts in the Night Train's 53-48 win over the Show Me Believers on April 4.
Gorden hit field goals from 21, 27, 36, 41 yards including a 21-yard field goal with 35 seconds remaining to give La Crosse a definitive five-point lead. Gorden becomes the third Night Train player to receive Player of the Week honors this season.
The Night Train will take on the Sioux City Bandits Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. in Sioux City, IA.
