
Kentucky Mavericks have Busy Week Scheduled

Bowling Green, KY. Jason Smith, ABA Kentucky Mavericks team owner, and his front office at the Mavs are getting things done in the community. The calendar this week includes another round of tryouts at Philmoore Park located at 7101 Scottsville Road about 1.5 miles past Greenwood High School. The tryouts will be held on Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, July 20th between 3pm and 7pm.
Also, the team is putting together a charity fundraiser for the Potter Home Orphanage in Bowling Green. They will be seeking donations to the Potter Home until Labor Day and then hold a drawing with everyone who donates $20 ore more. The winner of the drawing will receive an All-Expense paid trip to Hawaii with the Kentucky Mavericks management. The trip will be for seven days from September 14th thru the 21st. Donations can be made at any South Central Bank in an account for the Potter Home Orphanage.
