Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the ABA Champion Kentucky Bisons will travel to China to meet the Beijing Aoshen Olympian in a three game series on October 23, 25 and 27. "We are very pleased and proud to have the Bisons traveling to China to represent the ABA. It is an outstanding organization as is the Beijing Aoshen Olympian, and the games should be very competitive. Chinese fans will be very impressed with the quality of players in the ABA."

The first two games will be held at Wenjiang District of Chengdu while the last one will be at Shuangliu County of Chengdu. All of the games will begin at 7:30 p.m.

"I cannot tell you how excited our coaches and players are to have been selected by the ABA to play the first games on the China mainland," stated Jay Sills, team owner. "Visiting China is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and we are also appreciative of the Beijing Aoshen Olympian inviting us to play. We had an opportunity to watch them play in last year's tournament, they are very good and we will most certainly have our hands full."
