Bisons to Celebrate Championship at SportsCenter

Owensboro, KY. March 24, 2009 - This past Sunday March 22nd the Tri-State's Kentucky Bisons did what only a few thought possible, win the ABA (American Basketball Association) Championship Title. The Bisons announced today they would be holding a press conference and celebration on Thursday March 26, 2009 at 5:30 PM. The affair will take place on their home court at the SportsCenter in Owensboro, KY. It will be open to the public and everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. They are asking for all media and press, public officials, and most importantly the team's faithful, "the Bisonheads" to join players, coaches, and staff in a celebration of their miraculous first season and title victory.
The event will open with the press conference that will include comments and announcements from owner Jay Sills followed by the coaching staff including the leagues "Coach of the Year" Bison's head coach Otis Key. Afterwards the players, coaches, and staff will be available to everyone for questions, autographs, and discussions.
