(Fargo, ND) At home and safe is where the Jets have played their best and Thursday night wasn't any different as they lit the lamp often and early, 5-2 over Alexandria.

The Jets came out on fire scoring three of their four goals on the power-play. It was Nathan Allen (Delafield, WI) who got the party started with another near blue liner up a man. Jordy Trottier (Bozeman, MT) and Marc Mihulka (Grand Forks, ND) added a goal each closing out the first on top, 4-0.

As soon as the Jets' got excited about the first period, the Alexandria Blizzard had already started the second getting goals from Brandon Bahnemann (Rochester, MN) and Jens Nilsson (Timra, Sweden) at 4-2. The Jets' would hold off and get another goal from Mike Schumacher (Duluth, MN), his sixth of the season. This would be it as the Jets cruised 5-2.
