Jets Coach Wired for Sound on Friday Night

(Fargo, ND) - KX 4 News and the Jets teamed up for a special "Mic-ed Up" segment with sports director Rich Lodewyk airing Tuesday night at 5:30pm.

Rich has been an avid hockey fan for years and has always wanted to do this piece as his dream can true Friday night in Fargo. Jets head coach Chad Johnson was wire for sound not only in the locker for the pre-game speech but also during the whole first period against the North Iowa Outlaws' 4-3 win.

This will be the first time in the Jet's history Chad Johnson was wired for sound for an actual game. Fans can catch the news cast live at 5:30pm Tuesday November 20th on KX 4 New during the sports segemnt. Also look for a web cast following the broadcast about two hours or so after.

The FM Jets Junior A Hockey Club is in its fifth season as members of the North American Hockey League. The NAHL is the nation's largest Junior A hockey league and is now in its 32nd year of operation. For more information, visit fmjets.com or call (701) 235-2354.
