Madison, NJ - The Jersey Express continue its Community based commitment.
On Saturday, December 22nd, the Jersey Express will have as its special guests, The Morristown Neighborhood House. Founded in 1898, the Morristown Neighborhood House Association is a private multi-faceted non-profit agency that provides childcare and other services for children and their families in the Morristown, Morris County, New Jersey area.
The Mission of the Neighborhood House is to provide families and youth with a community-based support system which will strengthen their ability to cope in today's rapidly changing and complex society by providing a broad range of community services relevant to persons of all ages and from every socio-economic, ethnic and religious background. They are a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers serving children, families and individuals who are confronting economic and social challenges by ensuring the existence of cultural, recreational, educational and social programs.
"Our goal is to continue to partner and bring to the forefront organizatiosn and issues affecting our communities. We're asking any non-profit organization thats interested in attending a Jersey Express game, or are looking for fundraising opportunities, to contact us, stated Jersey Express President Marsha Blount".
Saturdays half-time entertainment will be provided by the Weequahic High School Marching Band. Come out an enjoy the best high scoring, fun-filled, family entertainment around.
