Jam Packed Kurtiss Riggs Show Live at Gateway Lounge

The Kurtiss Riggs Show will return to Gateway Lounge for the LIVE broadcast of the program on Wednesday. The show is broadcast LIVE every Wednesday before home games from Gateway Lounge, which is located just off of 41st St. behind Carmike Theatre. The program is LIVE from 5:30-6:45 PM and airs on AM 1230 KWSN and on www.kwsn.com. This week?s show is packed with guests including Storm running back Sean Treasure, defensive lineman Jermaine Petty, and UIF Executive Director Paul Aaron.

Storm Head Coach Kurtiss Riggs and "The Voice of the Storm" Rich Roste will review Saturday?s 41-32 victory over the RiverCity Rage. The win kept the Storm in a tie for second place in the division. Riggs and Roste will also preview this Saturday?s game vs. the Sioux City Bandits at the Sioux Falls Arena. This will be the second of three meetings this season between the Bandits and Storm. Sioux Falls won their earlier meeting by a score of 45-34.

Treasure is in his second season with the Storm. Treasure is currently leading the UIF in rushing yards with 339. He also has eleven touchdowns on the year. Treasure is currently sixth on the Storm?s all-time rushing yards (473) and rushing touchdowns (13) list. Treasure is only seven rushing yards away from being #4 on the all-time rushing yards list. He had 35 rushing yards and one touchdown against RiverCity last week. Petty joined the Storm during Week 5 before the team traveled to Billings. So far on the season, he has tallied nine solo tackles, five assisted tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, a blocked field goal, and the team?s only safety.

Aaron is in his first season as UIF Executive Director. He took the reins of the league on January 1 of this year. Aaron has more that 28 years in the broadcast industry, primarily in upper management. In 1996, Aaron founded Pinnacle Sports Productions, LLC. Pinnacle was the broadcast rights holder for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln sports broadcasts including football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball and baseball. The Pinnacle Sports Network includes 68 radio stations in 16 states. Aaron sold Pinnacle Sports to Triple Crown Media Inc/Host Communications in September, 2006. Gateway Lounge is offering a special giveaway to fans this season. Fans attending the LIVE show broadcast will be able to sign up to win an autographed football from future NFL Hall of Famer Adam Vinatieri. Fans can sign-up each week and the ball will be given away during the last show of the regular season on June 11.
