
Jairo Torres Undergoes Successful Surgery

CHICAGO - Chicago Fire FC today announced that winger Jairo Torres underwent a successful surgical procedure to stabilize a left tibia stress fracture.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Brian Forsythe at Rush Oak Brook Surgery Center. Torres will miss the final two matches of the 2022 regular season and is expected to make a full recovery prior to the start of the 2023 campaign.
Chicago returns to action on the road against FC Cincinnati on Saturday, Oct. 1, at 6:30 p.m. CT at TQL Stadium. The match will be televised live on WGN-TV and CF97 Live, and transmitted locally in Spanish on TUDN 1200 AM.
