JackHammers Local Tryout Moved To Saturday, May 1st

JOLIET, IL - The JackHammers announced today that the local tryout originally scheduled for Sunday, May 2nd has been moved up to Saturday, May 1st at 6:00 p.m. The tryout will still be held at Silver Cross Field and will begin at the conclusion of the Cardinal Stritch-St. Francis baseball game. The registration fee for the tryout is 60 dollars.

LOOSE GRAVEL: The Joliet JackHammers open the 2010 season on May 21st against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks in North Dakota. The Home Opener is Friday, May 28th at 7:10 p.m. against the Lake County Fielders, one of two Northern League expansion teams. Season tickets, group outings and suites are available now.
