
Jack McDonald Announces Commitment to SUNY Geneseo

Amarillo, TX - Wranglers forward Jack McDonald has announced his commitment to play NCAA D3 hockey for the SUNY-Geneseo Ice Knights.
McDonald, 21, plays the game at a fast pace while maintaining a high sense of awareness and ability to make plays happen. Playing in over 100 games with the Wranglers over the last two seasons, McDonald is coming off of a superb sophomore campaign with the Wranglers in which he scored 13 goals and 31 assists for 44 points and a +11 rating in 60 games. In 2023-24 he set a new career high in assists and points.
In his two year tenure with the Wranglers, McDonald scored 28 goals and 55 assists and missed only three games. His 55 career assists are the second most in franchise history. He is also the Wranglers all-time leader in playoff points with 2 goals and 4 assists in 5 playoff games. With the commitment, McDonald became the fourth Wrangler to commit to NCAA hockey this season.
