Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The IronPigs (4-2) begin a five-game, North Division homestand with Game One of a three-game series against Bryce Harper and the Syracuse Chiefs (2-3) at Coca-Cola Park... With an 8-0 loss to the Paw Sox yesterday, the Pigs failed in a bid for their first three-game winning streak and split the four-game series at McCoy Stadium... The Chiefs -- Washington's top affiliate -- were suspended trailing 2-0 after four innings at home to Scranton/WB last night. The Chiefs had taken two of the first three games of their series with the Yankees after being swept in their opening, two-game series against Rochester. This will be their first road game in 2012.
RHP Austin Hyatt (0-0, 3.18) will start for LHV against RHP Tanner Roark (0-1, 1.50).
Tonight is FeRROUS Bobble Belly Doll Giveaway Night.. First-Pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
