The (tied for) fourth-place IronPigs (44-59) play Game One of a four-game series against the first-place Durham Bulls (62-40) -- Tampa's top affiliate. With a 6-3 loss in 15 innings last night, the 'Pigs snapped a two-game win "streak" and split the four-game series against Norfolk. Still, they've won six of their last eight contests and started 2-2 on this eight-game, South Division homestand... Durham -- which owns the second-best record in the I.L.(COL) -- just blasted Syracuse, 15-4, to sweep a four-game home series against the Chiefs! In fact, the Bulls enter with a five-game winning streak (their second longest of 2010 after taking eight straight April 16-33) after going 2-6 in their previous eight affairs...
First-pitch is at 7:05 p.m. for Magic 8 Ball Logo Baseball Night, presented by A1 Towing.
RHP Vance Worley (NR; 9-4, 3.42 w/ REA) makes his LHV debut opposite LHP Heath Phillips (8-6, 4.03).
