Defensive end Anthony Harris is getting his shot at playing football for the Green Bay Packers. While he waits, he's playing Arena Football for the Milwaukee Iron. The Packers worked Harris out in March and told him they would decide if he'll be receiving an invitation to camp, after the draft.
Anthony Harris attended the University of Western New Mexico. Harris is one of the most talented defensive linemen in the entire af2. At 6'4 and 296 pounds, Anthony is an intimidating and powerful force. Harris spent 2007 with the NFL's Carolina Panthers, where he was given an opportunity to learn from some of the world's best defensive linemen. His raw determination and leadership ability will help make others around him better as a member of the Iron.
The Milwaukee Iron, arenafootball 2, af2 play their home games at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Iron are home on Friday, May 1 vs. Green Bay at 7:05. American Idol star Jamar Rogers is performing the National Anthem and signing autographs before the game.
