Brewster Bulldogs News Release
Brewster, September 11, 2015/Brewster Bulldogs/- Big news for hockey fans in Putnam County. Brewster will have a new Federal Hockey League team for the 2015-2016 Season. The team will be called the Brewster Bulldogs and will play home games at the Brewster Ice Arena. We will be holding a press conference on Tuesday September 15th, 9am, at the Brewster Ice Arena to make an official announcement and unveil the team's colors, logo and jerseys.
Brewster Bulldogs Owners Bruce Bennett and Ed Crowe will be available for questions along with coach David Lun. The Federal Hockey League was created in November of 2009 and classifies itself as a Single A-level professional hockey league that emphasizes strong local ownership, high quality competition and affordable family entertainment. During the 2015-2016 season the FHL will have 6 teams.
When: Tuesday September 15th at 9am Where: Brewster Ice Arena, 63 Fields Lane, Brewster, NY
What: Brewster Bulldogs of the Federal Hockey League Official Introduction
