Into the Limelight: 2023 Team Award Winners

TORONTO - Six team award winners from each Canadian Football League (CFL) club are advancing to the next stage of voting to determine the divisional finalists for the CFL Awards.

The winners were selected by their respective CFL city's voting members of the Football Reporters of Canada (FRC), as well as their team's head coach.

Voters were tasked with selecting players whose on-field performances best represent the team's Most Outstanding Player, Most Outstanding Defensive Player, Most Outstanding Canadian, Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman, Most Outstanding Special Teams Player, and Most Outstanding Rookie.

The division finalists for the 2023 CFL Awards will be announced on Wednesday, November 1.

The CFL Awards will go live from the Avalon Theatre at Fallsview Casino & Resort in Niagara Falls, Ont., on Thursday, November 16 beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET Tickets are available for purchase here.

The 2023 Grey Cup Festival from November 13-19 will include over 40 events to captivate football fans, music lovers, athletes and families alike. It will feature events organized by various community organizations, such as Sonic Unyon (Supercrawl), Around the Bay and Hamilton Santa Claus Parade, among others that are contributing to building a contemporary Hamilton. The 110th Grey Cup will be played in Hamilton at Tim Hortons Field on Sunday, November 19 with kickoff slated for 6 p.m. ET. The championship contest will be available live across the nation on TSN and RDS - Canada's home of the CFL, online through CFL+ for all international viewers, as well as on SiriusXM's Canada Talks (ch. 167). A limited number of tickets are available for purchase via Ticketmaster while supplies last.
