MONTREAL - For the third consecutive year, the Montreal Impact and the Club des petits déjeuners du Québec are teaming up and launching the program called Reach your goal with the Impact, which will take place until May 6.

Kids who are enrolled in the Club des petits déjeuners du Québec at Verdun's Lévis-Sauvé Elementary School will live the experience with Impact forward Charles Gbeke.

This program is designed to promote the importance of cooperation and team spirit on a day-to-day basis. The project focuses on teamwork but also promotes health and schooling. Over the next few weeks, the kids will have to take on team challenges, helped by Gbeke's expertise and tips.

"I am very proud to be associated with the Club des petits déjeuners du Québec and to know that the Impact supports this organism once again this year," said Charles Gbeke. "This project is another example of how the team is close to the community. I hope that my involvement will contribute to motivate the students."

As a reward at the end of the project, kids from the Club des petits déjeuners du Québec at Lévis-Sauvé Elementary School will be invited to the Impact game on June 22, at Saputo Stadium.

Since its foundation in 1994, the Club des petits déjeuners works to ensure that all kids receive two essential elements for better learning - a nutritional breakfast and a nourishing environment. In addition to the breakfast service, the club holds various activities, such as the Reach your goal with the Impact program, designed to strengthen kids' self-esteem.
