IFL Releases 2014 Regular Season Schedule

Richmond, VA - The Indoor Football League (IFL) is proud to announce its 2014 regular
season schedule. The 17-week 63-game schedule kicks off on Friday, February 21st and
concludes on Saturday, June 14th .
The fast pace action will be in full effect early and often as the 2014 season begins in the same
venue that the 2013 season concluded. On February 21st, the three-time defending United Bowl
Champion Sioux Falls Storm host the Nebraska Danger in a rematch of last year's United Bowl
Championship Game.
2014 marks the sixth year of IFL play. The IFL's newest franchise, the Bemidji Axemen, joins
eight veteran IFL teams combining for over 60 years of operating experience. The Conference
Alignment for the upcoming season is as follows;

The Chicago Slaughter is no longer a member of the Indoor Football League.
The IFL's 9 teams will play 14 games over 17 weeks. Each team's 3 bye weeks will occur sporadically over the course of the season. Postseason play will begin the weekend of June 21st and will culminate with the United Bowl during the weekend of June 28th. Additional details about the postseason format will be released in the coming weeks.
The Indoor Football League was created in 2008 from a merger between the Intense Football League and the United Indoor Football Association.
