
IFL Announces Players of the Week: Week 3

Sioux Falls, SD - The Indoor Football League is proud to announce the Players of the Week for Week 3 of the 2026 season. Max Meylor (Arizona Rattlers) has been named Offensive Player of the Week, Clay Fields III (Jacksonville Sharks)earned Defensive Player of the Week honors, and Josh Tomas (Vegas Knight Hawks) has been named Special Teams Player of the Week.
Offensive Player of the Week
Max Meylor, QB - Arizona Rattlers
Meylor made an immediate impact in Arizona's season debut, accounting for five total touchdowns to power the Rattlers' offense. He threw for 196 yards and three scores while adding 37 rushing yards and two more touchdowns on the ground, showcasing his ability to create explosive plays in multiple ways.
Defensive Player of the Week
Clay Fields III, DB - Jacksonville Sharks
Fields delivered a disruptive performance on the defensive side, finishing with five tackles, a forced fumble, and an interception. His playmaking ability helped swing momentum and played a key role in Jacksonville's win.
Special Teams Player of the Week
Josh Tomas, KR - Vegas Knight Hawks
Tomas was electric in the return game, totaling 127 yards on seven returns, including a touchdown. His ability to flip field position and create scoring opportunities gave Vegas a major boost in their first win of the season.
The 2026 IFL season continues Saturday, kicking off Week 4.
