
Ice's Morris Honored

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Ice announced today that goaltender Cab Morris was named to the USHL All-Rookie Team by a voting from League coaches.
The first-year netminder from Wilmette, IL saw action in 38 games with the Ice and posted a
21-13-2 record to go along with a 2.57 goals-against-average, three shutouts and a .913 save percentage. He finished third among his peers in save percentage and fifth in goals-against-average.
Morris was a three-time selection this season as USHL Goaltender of the Week and was also picked for the 2010 USHL All-Star Game. He is committed to Dartmouth College following his USHL career.
Other members of the USHL All-Rookie Team include defensemen Mac Bennett (Cedar Rapids) and Nate Schmidt (Fargo) and forwards Anders Lee (Green Bay), T.J. Tynan (Des Moines) and Erik Haula (Omaha).
The Indiana Ice is home Friday night to battle the Green Bay Gamblers in game three of the East Division Finals presented by Ivy Tech Community College. Faceoff is scheduled for 7:05 pm at Pepsi Coliseum. Game four is Saturday night from Pepsi Coliseum with the puck set to drop at 7:05 pm. The series is currently tied at one win apiece.
