IceHogs Announce Promotions Schedule for 2013-14 Season

Rockford, Ill. - With single-game tickets set to go on sale on Thursday, the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League announced their promotional schedule for the 2013-14 campaign.
The home opener on Saturday, Oct. 19 kicks off all the excitement at the BMO Harris Bank Center as the first 5,000 fans into the building will receive a 2013-14 IceHogs calendar courtesy of Stateline Staffing Services. October rolls on with the Stanley Cup making a special visit to Rockford on Sunday, Oct. 27, allowing fans the chance to get a photo with hockey's most coveted trophy.
The promotional schedule is also packed with many popular giveaway nights, including three Champion Bobblehead Nights with figurines of Bryan Bickell, Brandon Saad and Andrew Shaw on Dec. 21, Feb. 8 and Apr. 12 respectively.
Also highlighting the schedule are a few fan favorite theme nights. Pink in the Rink Night, presented by Swedish American Hospital, is slated for Saturday, Jan. 25 with the first 5,000 fans receiving Thunder Sticks, and Los IceHogs Dos is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 8. The 15th Annual Jersey Auction game is set for Sunday, Mar. 30 with a live auction out on the ice following the game, and the annual Teddy Bear Toss Night is listed for Saturday, Nov. 30.
Returning to the promotional calendar this season are three chances to "Skate with the Hogs" on the BMO Harris Bank Center ice following the games on Oct. 26, Jan. 20 and Feb. 9. A special Picture Day is slated for Sunday, Nov. 3 as the first 1,500 fans to the game will receive an IceHogs picture frame, compliments of Riverside Dental, and then everyone in attendance will get the opportunity to take photos with their favorite IceHogs players on the main concourse in a special post-game meet and greet.
New this season is Vienna Beef Family Value Days for each Sunday home game, along with matinee games on Saturday, Oct. 26 and Monday, Jan. 20. Fans can purchase a Family Value Pack, which includes four tickets, four hot dogs and four sodas, for just $59. Additional tickets may be added for $15 each. The following dates are Vienna Beef Family Value Days: Oct. 26, Oct. 27, Nov. 3, Jan. 20, Feb. 9 and Mar. 30.
