Port Huron Icehawks News Release
PORT HURON, Mich. - The Port Huron Icehawks will battle in a decisive game 7 at Fort Wayne tonight for a chance to hoist the IHL Turner Cup. The Icehawks are offering fans an opportunity to cheer on the home team with a viewing party at the Huron Athletic Club.
Watch the road game with other fans at the H.A.C. Bar and Grille, 319 Huron Avenue, Port Huron. The viewing party is free and open to the public. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
"Having a game 7 on the road and on a Monday makes traveling to Fort Wayne difficult," Director of Operations Jake Wesolek said. "With the viewing party at the H.A.C., you can save time and money and support a great sponsor."
The Icehawks led the series 3-1 until Fort Wayne responded with two consecutive wins to tie the series and force a game 7. For more information on the viewing party call the Icehawks office at 810-966-3800.
