PORT HURON, MI - The Port Huron Icehawks have made several roster moves as they head into a three game road trip this weekend. They obtained veteran defenseman Bryan Nathe from the Flint Generals in exchange for future considerations and also signed rookie left wing Matt Maccarone, brother of Icehawks defenseman Adam Maccarone. Per team policy, details of the deals were not disclosed.

The signings will help fill holes left by recent injuries. Left wing Mike Kinnie was placed on 30-Day IR today with a season-ending knee injury. Defenseman Kevin Hansen and center Pete Rouleau were also both moved from 30-Day IR to 45-Day IR. In other roster moves, the Icehawks waived forward Anthony Perdicaro.
