Indiana Ice News Release

INDIANAPOLIS-The Indiana Ice look to carry their winning streak into 2012 with weekend faceoffs at the Waterloo Black Hawks on Friday and against the Youngstown Phantoms on Saturday from Pepsi Coliseum. Friday's game is set to begin at 8:05 pm while Saturday's contest starts at 7:05 pm.

The Black Hawks hold a 2-1-0 advantage against the Ice this season while Indy controls a 2-0-1 lead over the Phantoms after winning back-to-back contests during New Year's Eve weekend. Goaltender Jon Gillies blanked Youngstown last Saturday to earn his franchise-record fifth career shutout.

Hockey returns to the "Circle City" on Saturday night (1/7) as Indy hosts Youngstown on Ivy Tech Night, sponsored by Ivy Tech. The first 500 people at the door will receive a free drawstring backpack, courtesy of Ivy Tech. Fans can also enjoy select $2 concession items throughout the night.

Tickets for this weekend's home game start as low as $10 and there is a $2 discount for children 10 and under and seniors 62 and over. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster by calling 1-800-745-3000, online at ticketmaster.com or by visiting select Wal-Mart and Simon Mall locations and the Pepsi Coliseum and Bankers Life Fieldhouse box offices.
