Houston Dash News Release
HOUSTON - Houston Dash midfielder Kristie Mewis is now listed as out for Sunday's game against the North Carolina Courage due to a right hamstring injury suffered in training, the club announced today.
Mewis made her season debut in last Saturday's 1-0 victory over Sky Blue FC as a second half substitute. This was the first competitive outing for the midfielder since she suffered an ACL injury last May and missed the remainder of the season.
The Dash will look to get the club's first home win of the season against Crystal Dunn and the Courage tomorrow at BBVA Compass Stadium. The match against North Carolina will be streamed live on Yahoo Sports beginning at 5:00 p.m. CT.
