Houston Aeros To Host Aero Dynamics Tryouts

HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Aeros will be holding tryouts for its dance team, the Aero Dynamics, this Saturday at the Shops at Houston Center (located at 1331 McKinney, Houston, TX, 77010). Registration begins at 9:00 AM with auditions beginning at 10:00 AM. Each dancer will be required to perform a one minute choreographed dance of her choosing, followed by a team choreographed dance which will be taught. The dancers will perform in front of a panel of judges which includes TV anchors, dance directors and a representative from the Houston Texans cheerleading squad.
"The Aero Dynamics have been a stronghold both for the team as well as in the community," said Aeros Vice President of Marketing and Communications Courtney Eidman. "We are excited and look forward to meeting the potential members of the 2009-10 squad."
The team, consisting of 10-20 members, as well as the captains will be announced next week. Walk up auditions are welcome, please fill out the application found at the link below and bring an 8-by-10 photo.
