Kentucky Horsemen News Release
The following statement has been released by the Horsemen office after Lennie House was contacted late this afternoon following a Louisville Fire press conference to respond to comments made by Will Wolford, owner of the Louisville Fire.
Mr. House is deeply upset and incensed by Mr. Wolford's innuendos that the Horsemen indoor football team could not move up to Arena Football 2. The challenge by Mr. Wolford to play the Horsemen in their own Rupp Arena and to insinuate the Horsemen would be the underdogs has definitely got Mr. House's attention. In addition, Mr. House added, "I am very proud of the performance by the Horsemen over the past five years and I feel they have represented Lexington well. But make no mistake about this; I am taking all of this into consideration.
