LAST GAMES REVIEW: It was a record-setting weekend for the Bruins, but not in a good way. The team suffered four ejections in the course of two games, both games ending up as losses to the Aberdeen Wings. On Friday, Jed Pietila, Connor Mylymok, and Head Coach Steve Howard were all sent off the bench early with all three earning a two-game suspension from the NAHL. On Saturday, Dante Sheriff was ejected midway through the second-period and is likely facing a suspension himself though no official ruling has been made at this time.

Friday night started off with a scare as Bruins workhorse goalie Brett Miller was injured just 1:28 into the game after falling back to stop a rolling puck. Miller was taken out of the game but would later return to the bench with Tyler Shea manning the pipes for the remainder of the game. Aberdeen ultimately knocked off the Bruins 4-1, with an empty net goal sealing things up late in the third. On Saturday, the Bruins managed to score the games first two goals with tallies from Tiernan Shoudy and Mason McCormick but Aberdeen was able to battle back and score two in the third period and force overtime. With :01 left on the clock, Aberdeen took home the extra standings point with a shot that slipped through the legs of Tyler Shea.

UPCOMING GAME PREVIEW: The Bruins are undefeated against the Magicians this season, having gone 2-0 in their two meetings with the Richfield based club. Not only will these games be the final meetings between the two teams this season, they'll also be the Bruins last out of division games until taking on the Chippewa Steel in January and again in March.
