
Hoff Named to Team Norway for World Junior Championship

Lincoln, Neb. - Stars forward Ludvig Hoff was named to Team Norway for the IIHF World Junior Championship, the team announced on Monday.
Team Norway will play in the Division I tournament from Dec. 13-19 in Vienna, Austria.
"It's a big honor to be a part of that team," Hoff said. "I'm really excited."
Hoff has played in the tournament during each of the past two seasons, having recorded 21 games of international competition.
"The coaches expect a lot from me this year and I'm going to try to show the younger guys what it takes to win a championship," Hoff said.
Hoff was the captain of last year's team, earning two goals and six assists in four games.
The North Dakota commit has 21 points in 18 games with the Stars this season.
The Stars are back in action Wednesday, November 25th to face the Tri-City Storm in Kearney. Puck drop is set for 7:05 p.m.
