Fayetteville, NC â Tryouts for the 2005 Fayetteville HEAT dance team will take place at the Berns' Student Center on the Methodist College campus January 4 and January 5, 2005. Participants need to attend only ONE of these dates. The team is seeking experienced, athletic, female dancers; applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Registration will begin at 6 pm and tryouts will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. Please plan on staying until tryouts are over, approximately an hour and a half. Potential dancers need to wear tight fitted dance attire including a "crop-top" and dance or tennis shoes and bring the following: A full-length photo and headshot (these will NOT be returned to you), dance resume and tryout application. In addition, dancers should have a two 8-count dance prepared (you do not need to bring music).
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 and can be pre-paid by stopping by the HEAT office located inside the historical Prince Charles Clarion Hotel.
