
Fayetteville Guard Starts Training Camp

FAYETTEVILLE NC - The Fayetteville Guard indoor football team begins training camp with 40 players competing for 25 slots on the team roster. Training Camp starts March 5, 2007 and will conclude on March 17, 2007 after the pre-season game against the Greensboro Revolution.
This year Coach Gunnings will have a great opportunity to see his potential players participate in an exhibition game and see how they perform in actual game conditions before making his final cut to 25 the next day.
The public is invited to watch the pre-season game as part of the Fayetteville Guard's St. Patrick's Day Party March 17, 2007 at the Crown Coliseum. The Guard has scheduled 7 hours of free entertainment and will be accepting donations to be given to Fascinate-U Children's Museum and the Care Clinic.
