MARIETTA, Ga. - The Southern League announced its Year-End Awards today naming Tennessee play-by-play personality Tom Hart as the Broadcaster of the Year, his second such award since joining the team in 2002.

"It's a great feeling," Hart said upon learning about the award. "There are so many talented broadcasters in this league, so I feel honored to win this award again."

His also the host of "Movin' On Up," which airs on BravesVision and CSS.
