
Hart and Quaye Added to Roster, Hill Placed on IR

TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Storm has acquired quarterback Chris Hart and defensive lineman Kommonyan "Ko" Quaye, announced vice president of football operations Jeff Gooch. The team has also placed quarterback Nick Hill on injured reserve and reassigned wide receiver Chris Davis.
Hart (6-foot-3, 220 lbs., Webber International) is a local product out of Bradenton Southeast High School (Bradenton, FL). He spent time with Valdosta State, Georgia Military College and Towson University, prior to settling in at Webber International. In his senior season with the Warriors, Hart completed 85-of-149 passes for 1,258 yards, 15 touchdowns and six interceptions. Prior to joining the Storm, Hart attended the Seattle Seahawks (NFL) rookie mini-camp.
Quaye (6-1, 305, South Dakota) spent four years with the Coyotes, and played in 45 games. Over his college career, Quaye recorded 99 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, and an interception. He brings with him professional experience, having signed as an undrafted free agent with the Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL) in 2010, then spending time with the Buffalo Bills (NFL), and Cleveland Browns (NFL). Most recently, Quaye was a member of the Edmonton Eskimos (CFL).
Hill (6-3, 215, Southern Illinois) suffered an injury to his left ankle during the Storm's most recent game against Pittsburgh Power and will miss a minimum of four weeks. Prior to going down with an injury, Hill played in five games, completing 114-of-167 passes for 1,447 yards and 21 touchdowns. Hill also led the team in rushing yards with 105, and scored eight touchdowns on the ground. Davis (5-10, 180, Wake Forest) appeared in one game for the Storm and recorded two tackles on special teams.
