Harlem signs Japanese point guard

Tampa Bay Strong Dogs News Release


Harlem, NY. Wray Wade, General Manager of the ABA's Harlem professional basketball team, today announced the signing of Motohiro Fujino. According to Wade, "Fujino is an excellent young player, filled with potential. He really knows how to give the ball to the right guy at the right time and has the ability to create his own shot. As the first player we've signed, we are really looking forward to having Fujino as part of our team."

Fujino, 6-0, 180, played at Japanese University, Wased University from 1999-2002 where lead the league in assists and steals and was part of the 2001 Quarter Final and 2002 3rd place in the All Japan College Championships.
