HarbourCats Unveil On-Line Merchandise Portals

VICTORIA, B.C. - The Victoria HarbourCats' clothing and merchandise that has become so familiar around the lower Island region, is now available across North America.
The HarbourCats today are unveiling a new on-line shopping portal, one that is directed to fans across North America. The two sites allow for ease of fulfilment -- Canadian customers can work through one site, while those in the United States can buy their HC gear through a site run by partner DMS, a quality provider operating out of Kansas.
"We're excited to take our merchandising to a new level," said Jim Swanson, GM/Managing Partner of the HarbourCats. "Today is an unveiling and we'll see more and more products populating the sites. But today is the start of a program that will see us be able to better serve Canadian customers, but also have a better way to work with US-based customers through our partnership with Dave Mullen and A.J. Kahn with DMS."

There will also be products unique to each site, with new offerings rotating in to keep customers interested in fresh ideas, both in off-season and in-season.
"We're eager to see the up-take here and to allow this to grow, as we see our team getting closer to 10 years in operation," said Swanson. "It's a time for fresh ideas and working with Passion Sports locally, on a primary basis, and DMS in the U.S., allows us to open up some new opportunities -- and see our brand continue to creep across the continent."
