Halifax Rainmen News Release
The Halifax Rainmen have released their fourth player from the pre- season roster.
On Monday, the franchise waived 6'5, 210 pound two guard, O'Neil Gordon. Before playing professionally overseas, Gordon played at the University of Brandon for Head Coach Les Berry.
"O'Neil just didn't give us the consistency shooting the ball that is needed to play that specific position," said President & CEO Andre Levingston.
The Rainmen will kick off their fourth season with the Rogers Slam Dunk Fan Night at the Halifax Metro Centre on Thursday, December 16 at 7 pm. For the latest Halifax Rainmen news, please visit www.rainmenbasketball.ca.
