Macon-based American Basketball Association Georgia Gwizzlies coaching staff are exciting about 22 year old 6"7 200 pound point guard Ron Jackson."I guarded Dennis Johnson at practice at Pepperdine and I know what it takes to make a good point guard" says Embry Malone."Dennis use to dribble the ball so high,head fake you before he would shoot, and be laughing at you when he was about block your shot and knock it into the Pacific Ocean" says Malone.The organization will resign Jackson next week for 2008-09 season,send him to the Kentucky Pro Am and the California Summer Pro League in Los Angeles in July.
