
Griffins' Future on Display at Red Wings' Development Camp

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Grand Rapids Griffins fans can get an early summer look at several players who will skate for the team in 2013-14 during the Detroit Red Wings' development camp, which starts today at Center Ice Arena in Traverse City, Mich.
Slated to attend are 2013 Calder Cup champion and recent Red Wings signee Luke Glendening, along with eight rookies who could see regular time with the Griffins this season: goaltender Jared Coreau (limited participation); defensemen Nick Jensen, Alexey Marchenko, Richard Nedomlel, Xavier Ouellet and Ryan Sproul; and forwards Martin Frk and Marek Tvrdon. Additionally, former Griffin Darren Helm will participate, and Griffins coaches Jeff Blashill, Jim Paek and Spiros Anastas will have a hand in running the on-ice sessions.
